The offices of Program Vice-President, Corresponding
Secretary, and Treasurer are elected in even-numbered years at State
Convention. The President-Elect, Membership Vice-President, and Recording
Secretary are elected in odd-numbered years at Convention. The Executive
Committee is composed of the elected officers of AAUW-AZ and acts for the Board
of Directors in the interim between board meetings. The Board of Directors is
composed of the elected and appointed officers.
